Set your booking and cancellation windows
These are the settings that control when your clients can and can't book, reschedule, and cancel appointments. You can find them in MENU > Settings > General.
Allow bookings up to - the minimum notice a client must give to book an appointment at all. For example, if set to 30 minutes before, a client can't book an appointment that starts in the next 30 minutes.
Allow cancellations up to - how much notice a client needs to cancel or reschedule. This one setting covers both - there's no separate reschedule option. E.g. set to 30 minutes before, clients can cancel or reschedule up until 30 minutes before their appointment. After that, they can't do it themselves online and need to contact you directly.
Write your customer-facing policy
This is a short text summary in your own words. Clients see it during booking and in confirmation/reminder emails. In MENU > Settings > General > Manage legal documents (top right), click Update your Booking Policy to edit it:
This text doesn't control your actual settings - it's just what clients read. If you change your settings, you'll need to update the text here as well so that your policy stays accurate.
